Refund Policy

ReitVid provides digital video generation services.

In accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms, we offer a 14-day refund policy.

You may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that the service has not been fully used or completed.

Due to the nature of our service, which involves custom video generation based on user-submitted media, refunds may not be available once the video generation process has been successfully completed and delivered.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your video, please contact us and we will review your case.

All payments and refunds are processed via Paddle, our authorized payment provider.
